IPSIP. (Banned)

I have issued a three day ban for him. He spammed the chatbox, and was banned from it for doing so after having been given multiple warnings.. He then made multiple accounts to try to bypass this. .-.; If he can handle at least a day of being banned without trying to bypass it again, I will consider lifting it early.

I gave him one day for each account he made to bypass.

I deleted those accounts instead of banning them also.
