There are free copyrights you just need proof you made it such as the elements of the pic and so on.

This is a good idea to put the ranking, hope it helps the low ranked people. (I'm a four star)

The rank names are listed on Socom.com When you sign-in then go to your profile and it will show the image of your rank then the name. Don't get confused with your website rank though.

How do You go from Silver ranks to gold ranks. e.g. Silver 4 stars to Gold 4 stars.
Does it have to do with how much exp you have???

The brown, blue, and golden backgrounds represent your experience points. Gold means you're very experienced with the game, or, in general, you play a lot of games.

i have 24400 points and im still a 2 star! can somebody explain that?

Your rank has probably frozen.
