How to install the Game Saves

OK. So your done requesting you save and you just downloaded it. Now where do i put it?

Follow these instructions if using a "WINDOW" OS
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1. Just plug your usb to your psp and computer so you are connected

2. Then open up your psp memory stick

3. open the PSP folder

4. Then open the SAVEDATA folder

5. finaly drag the folder that you just downloaded into the SAVEDATA folder

6. if it asks you if you wish to overwrite the folder there already then hit yes to all

1. just click the download button as usual.

2. then this little box comes up with a blue folder that you are downloading. its gonna say UCUS98716

3. right click on the folder and hit "show in finder"

4. then your finder comes up with the blue folder thats called UCUS98716 in it.

5. drag the blue folder that says UCUS98716 onto your desktop.

6. plug in your psp using a USB and go all the way left on your psp until it goes to the settings and press "usb connection"

7. wait until your computer recognizes your psp.

8. this black thing, that looks like a sideways Xbox360 elite, pops up and is named "untitled"

9. double click on it and go to PSP, then go to savedata.

10. when you click savedata drag the UCUS98716 blue folder from your desktop into your savedata. (WARNING: DO NOT PUT THE FOLDER ON TOP OF ANY OTHERS BECAUSE THE SAVEDATA WILL GO INTO ANOTHER SAVEDATA AND THATS BAD)

11.wait for it to finish downloading and X out of "untitled" (psp)

12. right click on "untitled" and hit eject. then you can unplug the USB and there you go!!!

P.S. THIS MIGHT SEEM LIKE ALOT BUT ITS ACTUALLY NOT JUST FOLLOW THESE EXACTLY AND IF ITS NOT WORKING REPLY AND TELL ME WHATS WRONG.

What if you live in the uk then is their anything separate or what do i change the folder name or anything like that?

Nope just it changes the savedata. And if you WANT ur old savedata make sure to back up ur old gamesave.

If you want to get game saves for the UK game then put the save you downloaded in the "savedata" folder.

Sounds good...when I get my psp fixed I will do it..

Can you use more than one game save at a time?(Instead of replacing you just move the files)

Its a gamesave.. it automatically shows as your Game Save..

Hey fawx is it ok if i post "how to install the gamesaves for iMac" cause i have a Mac OSX (apple iMac) and i had to learn the hard way and its kinda confusing so im just asking permission?

wow, when i heard people talkin about gamesaves they made it sound confusing, but u really cleared things up, thanks, and btw, will there ever be a link to downkload a games save directly to ur psp, like w.o a usb cord?

Only hackers will be able to since you will need to extract it. you would need a custom app. sorry. But to upload and Download a file it must be compressed.

justin made a gamesave for me but i need a special program for it or is thier a way around that

if its in a .rar .tar or some other compression look into 7zip WinRAR for more information I only make my saves compressed in a .ZIP.

is it nesessary to hav a memory stick cuz i hav psp go n tht has like 8 or 16 gbs so...

but do i have to rename it cause i put it on savedata but it doesnt say do u wish to overwrite it. i tried it with another gamesave from a diff site and it did say this cause it had the same name as the socom ftb3 folder.

it really isnt that hard to put a game save in ur psp
