I use photoshop, not cs4. But, mine's just as capable. .-.; It depends on the amount of creativity you have.. If you're natural with these things, you'll learn quickly.

GIMP can make some HQ sigs if you know what you're doing. Me, I have CS5 and it offer hella alot more options than GIMP though.

GIMP = for nubs it does everything for you . Whilw photoshop cs5 on the other hand you hjave more options and it shows your creative mind at work
