Inserting Signature Picture

Im having trouble of inserting my signature picture. its one of those pictures that flashes. its not a video. heres the link if u wanna see what im talking about.

Ok create the text on that website and w.e else you want and then right click and hit copy image URL

Now once you have that copied paste it in your signature

Once you have it pasted Add add this before the link:
